Windshield wipers

Wipers go down instead of up. Appears motor in reverse. Are the wires reversed? Or something I’m missing?

Arm attached to motor 180 degrees out.  Don't ask me how I know....

This is the arm I'm talking about.  It will go on one of two ways.  If you get it wrong, the motor will try to drive the wipers through the park position since the wipers are 180 degrees out of phase.

That’s what my thought was and just switched it but that just didn't look right. I’ll finish and let you know. Thx
