Hello, I would like to know where on the jack the decal is applied? I would appreciate a photo showing location if possible. Thanks

Based on your question, I must assume that you don't have a set of the "1965 Mustang Assembly Manuals" (available from most legitimate Mustang parts sellers - see pg 66)). The answer to your specific question is in there, plus hundred of answers to questions you haven't asked yet. I strongly recommend you get a set for your year car. Get the paper version. It's easier to mark up with your own notes.

As suggested you could answer this yourself by looking in the unrestored picture threads section of the site. Just check and I got no further than the first example at the top of the page. An Oct 64 example where it shows two pictures of the location on that jack. If you want to confirm the location there are likely a few more.
