Topic: 65 passenger side mirror

Would all passenger side mirrors for a 65 have had the same screw pattern/location? I got a used door to replace the original door and the replacement door has screw holes for a side mirror. The original door didn't have a mirror. So my question is if a get a period correct mirror will it attach at the holes already in the door? I don't want to weld up the holes if not necessary.

Going to depend on what mirror they actually had on there. I would weld up anyway and start new.
