Fan and Spacer 1965 with A/C

Looking to replace my current fan and spacer off a 1965 convertible 289 2b with A/C.  What is the correct fan and spacer?  What are the part numbers for each?

If you had factory AC you would have a 5 blade fan with a fan clutch

Great Thanks.  Part # I am looking for then is C4OZ-8600-B.  The ID # on one of the blades would be C5OE-B. This is from Bob Mannel book.
