Fan and spacer correct color

Howdy gents,

I am almost sure of the colors for the fan and fan spacer in my 66 SJ I6 car, but wanted to make sure.

The car came with the fan and the spacer painted in blue, same as the block, which I believe is incorrect.
Guess the fan should be matte black and the spacer natural aluminum, without any paint, is that correct.?
BTW, found some numbers in the blades;

FoMoCo stamped
911030 66 (probably missed something between.?)
S.C2OA.A

The spacer also shows a number 3 under the logo in its nose.

semi-gloss black fan & natural aluminum spacer as stated.
