intermittent wipers

How rare was intermittent wipers in 1970?  I ordered a statistical report from marti and the car is a one of one, but he didn't even mention the wipers

seen more on 69s & cougars than in 70 & the 70 had a dozf ink stamped #on tape over the c9zf stamped # & 70 had different switch with dozf & the wire lead on switch.

Pretty rare. Only 759 1970 mach 1s had them according to Kevin Marti. Kinda surprising that it wouldn't be included in the 1 of 1 stats as the goal is usually to get to 1 of 1 in as few options as possible.

Agreed very unpopular option. Likely because the cars were thought of as sporty cars rather than big cruisers like Lincoln's and T Bird's
