69 W - MO radiator
« on: October 07, 2018, 06:42:59 PM »
I've been reading through the various W-MO radiator threads, but see little about 69 W-MOs.
I picked up a W-MO radiator recently and see the square FoMoCo tag opposite of the radiator opening from the
"W - MO
10 68" stamping.

Like some of the 67 Modine radiators, there are no numbers on the side rails.
It's 24" wide and appears to be 3 core as the fins use almost all of the side rails.

Any idea what this fits?

What does the front of the radiator look like? Trying to figure out if it has a mounting flange as part of the side straps on the forward surfaces of the side straps.

So far we've got a 10 68 dated manual trans radiator 24" wide not for a 351W

Apparently the radiator shop left off the ID tag when it was rebuilt or rodded out

I understood the October 68 portion, I infer from other posts it may be used on SJ cars and of course it's a Modine.
Here is a pic of the the front and the bottom appears to have plugs soldered over the area where the auto trans lines would be.
