Thanks for the pics, So this is a picture of my bushing and bracket against the frame, Does this look correct?
So what am I missing here ?

OK but in my picture wont the bushing be squashed as it get tightened down unlike the picture 7Lscjracer posted ? his seems to have a recess in the frame to allow for the bushing shoulder. In my picture looks like something missing to allow for tall bushing or am I missing something ?

Yes, that's right.
My frame is no different than yours or anybody elses as far as the front sway bar is concerned.
Squishing against the frame will make the bushing squeeze the bar tighter which is the desired effect.
Have the bar in place loosely with your bracket fasteners, then get your end link bushings all nicely centered and tightened in position while you've got some wiggle room, then tighten down the bar brackets.
