Topic: 64-1/2 V8 Single Exhaust Tailpipe Hanger

I believe the hanger in the left of the photo is the OE hanger.  I have two replacements with a different configuration on the frame bracket, and the pipe hanger is 180 degrees from each other.  Anyone have a pix of the correct one or know which is correct?

The middle is what is sold now but I think the far right one, Mike M has one on one of his unrestored cars.  Not the best angle in the pic.  Of course this is ona mid to late 65 and might have changed since 64.5 production

Chris, thanks for the info and photo. I searched through the thread and found a lot of differences based on production date and assy line.  I saw a couple of photos of the bracket that i believe to be the original. There were some welded, but mine is bolted on a car built 7/13 in Dearborn.  I am waiting for the tailpipe and muffler to arrive so I am working things out before the parts arrive. 

On a separate question, are your rear leafs original?  They look great!
