There definitely is more to it than just removing the dash cluster. There is a capture nut on the right side of the cluster face that has to be removed; typically requires the removal of the ashtray. On the left side, the cluster face has a tab that goes underneath the heater/ac control register, thus the two top screws of the register need to be removed. Then there are 3 screws at the top and 2 screws at the bottom of the cluster face that need to be removed. Once you have all of that done, you can gently pull the cluster out far enough to unscrew the speedo cable and disconnect the 2 wire pigtails, both on the left side of the cluster. Your seat belt light pigtail/bulb is the last item to remove from the back right of the cluster and then you can take it all of the way out.
