windshield washer delete
« on: May 08, 2017, 12:35:43 PM »
met a fella at a show yesterday with a beautifully restored springtime yellow  66 gt coupe. it had windshield washer delete. -  the holes on the upper cowl were left open-  i suggested using some dum dum to plug the holes-  question is- were the plugged holes plugged prior to paint? so sealed holes would be body color  thanks

plugged after paint. washers were an option unless you also had 2-speed wipers. i would not call them a 'delete'.

The 66 Facts Book lists windshield washers as a previously optional feature which became standard in 66.
