Part ID help - multiple items 1-4
« on: October 26, 2016, 08:24:11 PM »
Bought a bunch of parts, not all Mustangs, spanning quite a few years.  Will be posting pictures looking for direction.  All help appreciated.

1. Item 1 - shock - 58-60 Chevy :(
2. Item 2 - adapter wire harness - 65-66 tail light
3. Item 3 - Autolite air filter AF-13 - 58-60 T-Bird, Edsel, Ford, etc.
4. Item 4 - clips in open Ford box, no labeling - jury still out

That's a start...

item 4 go on the door opening under the weather stripping. Not sure of the year but they look very close to the ones that are on my 69 fastback.

#2 is easy to identify. It's a passenger side tail light pigtail for 65-66.

1. Item 1 - shock
It has numbers. What are they?
2. Item 2 - adapter wire harness
For use with a replacement taillight harness, both sides.
3. Item 3 - Autolite air filter AF-13
Not listed in the 75 MPC. More dimensions might help.
4. Item 4 - clips in open Ford box, no labelling
There was a discussion about clips for 69-70 but I'm not sure these are the ones. Try a "bumper" or "guide" that is window related.
Save yourself some time and trouble by down loading your own 75 MPC.

Thanks for the help.  The shock numbers turn up on a 58-60 Chevy.

Jim - nice find on the web site listing the AF-13.  Naturally I asked Mr. Google and a few others and there were no hits.

For item 4, I did find some reference 69 parts, pics attached here.  Mine (pictured in the original post) are similar, yet different.  Instead of one slotted channel, mine have two holes.  Maybe a change in 1970 or perhaps a different car line i.e. Torino?
