68 4 speeds shifter shaft parts ???

Hi ,

Can someone told me what i need to repair this 68 4 speeds shifter shaft ! What kind of hardware go where is the cotter pin ? Roll pin or allen screw ? Someone can show me a picture of the hardware and where i can buy it please !! Thanks !

I had my shifter mechanism restored. It was 245.00. The shifter was also restored by the same listed below. He re-chromed and re-built it  for 150. This was a 1967 assembly, which the reverse lock out is slightly different in 1967.

For some reason, I thought Bill Heeley moved to North Carolina a couple of years ago.  He did some work for me in the early 2000's and I highly recommend him.

 Randy: He was in MD as of 13 months ago. I didn't verify the number I have, as he did a perfect job the first time and there was no need for further contact.
