Smog air pump pivot mounting bolt spacer - T Code
« on: September 26, 2016, 05:26:40 PM »
Looking for a original FoMoCo stamped SMOG air pump pivot mounting bolt spacer.
Does it has any part number so I can look for it better...?
Here's a pic of the part, but not sure it is the correct one for a 200 I6.

Thanks,

Josep

Looks like these applications use a much shorter spacer. One is installed at the front the other the rear. Likely due to different pulleys and in an attempt to get the belt to line up  but they appear to be the same spacer on both. Not first example someone replaced the bolt with a longer one and is taking up the length with a bunch of washer   ::)

Found a third example with the spacer in front of the pump

I agree with jeff, could be either way here are a couple of more that i found.
Note: i've never seen a spacer for a smog pump with a part # on it, don't they usually come in a bulk package of 10 or so? i think the package would have the part number, not the spacer.
OOps i just realized the top pic is the same as already posted

Jeff and all,

That's the one I needed.! Yes, they have FoMoCo stamped, not a part number.
I have found a NOS spacer so I'm done, thanks guys.!!
