Here is one off of my 65. It reads 3/8-16.
Head reads "CP".

Integrated washer looks larger than the originals I see. Marking looks more contemporary also. IMHO good chance its a replacement but the thread count helps

Went through my 66 pictures and I can up with much clearer pictures of the head markings. All are from San Jose examples but believe Kelsey Hays was the suppliers of all of these to all of the plants.

On a couple of the pictures the lower washers show a "break" in the washer suggesting a lock washer. Since these have been restored I can't say for sure but it appears this was the original configuration

Hope this helps

I went to my preferred fastener shop today to measure and fit a 12 point ferry head bolt.

The bolt we fitted was 1/2-13 X 1 1/2, so definitely a 13 thread count as I measured with my gauge yesterday. 1 1/2 is a bit short, the proper length would be 1 5/8 or maybe 1 3/4 as there is still a bit too much inside thread showing. This is the only length he had unfortunately.

I've attached a couple pics including my date code for the RH side caliper. Nov 22/64 which lines up with my scheduled build of Dec 18/64. My LH side has different #'s so not sure if that is a service replacement? It reads 56972-L, 95-6H

Just checked my caliper cores and mine also have the same bolt heads as Jeff posted.

If you have the correct 12 point socket, could you remove one of the bolts and do some measuring? Attached is a rough representation of that type of bolt to mark up.
Thanks
Jim
Note: Disregard this post. The Ford hardware part number is 378773-S2.

So it looks to me that the overall length is 2-1/8 and measuring from the base of the head down its 1-5/8. The washer is a lock style.

Yup. That's it. The Ford hardware part number is:
378773-S2 1/2-13X1 5/32,12PT 1/2DRIVE,1.00THD L   BOLT,12 POINT HEAD   4EA,   BRAKE,DISC,CALIPER ASSY
A split ring lock washer is also required:
34809-S8 1/2LKW,SPT,0.509-0.529ID,0.879OD,0.125T,MED   WASHER,LOCK,SPLIT   4EA BRAKE,DISC,CALIPER ASSY
They hold the caliper assemblies together.
It is a 1/2 inch 12 point head socket (I borrowed a socket from a neighbor)

Hi, sorry for the delay in responding. Found them at Shelby Parts and Restorations in Wisc. Not sure how many he had.
