Topic: PS Pump and C4 Tags

I'm in need of a 1965 6-Cylinder PS Pump Tag that should read as follows:




Top line: HBA   AN followed by a 1, 2, 3 or 4      Example: HBA    AN      3

Middle Line: Blank or with Markings                   Example:     I  F

Bottom Line: 1 W followed by any # 1-10  5      Example: 1    W    6      5




The C4 Tag is for the same 1965 6-Cylinder.
