Topic: 65 K Code Engine Tag Location

I need to put a new Engine Tag on my 65 K Code Engine after completing the detailing.

Can someone tell me where the Engine Tag should be placed on the Engine. A picture of the location would be great.

This is a Dearborn car built in Nov 64.

The tag should be on the RH side of the intake manifold slightly ahead of the carburetor using bolt, 20312-S (3/8-16X1/2hex). Note the lack of a finish code. That indicates a natural finish or none both of which have a tendency to rust. To avoid "rust", I plate mine clear zinc and make it dull. You could also lightly phosphate the bolt, which is probably preferred.
