It seems that all of the markings discussed are PINK for Metuchen built cars equipped with 289 and 200 engines. Would this be the same for Dearborn built cars of the same timeframe?

A number of the "sightings" were from San Jose also

Charles may have found same on a dearborn he did years ago but will leave it to him to confirm or say no

All 3 of my unrestored Dearborn cars have pink on the U bolts. One is Aug 64 and the other two are June 65.

mgmradio: Are the pink daubs on top of the "U"  like tomtri66 and outlaw or on the back leg of the bolt like ChrisV289? Thanks

Thank you, pink on the legs. Appreciate the help. It's a nice detail to add.
