Probably depends on what it is, but a good place to start would be: http://midlife66.com/harnesses/welcome.html

It is not really possible to reproduce one without an original to copy from.  Having an original, in "good enough" shape, it the first hurdle.  The second hurdle is the tooling to create the various connectors.

Bob (19667Bob) has used a company called Class-Tech with, from what I recall, good success.  They appear to have the molds, tools, supplies, and capabilities to get it done.

Yes, that's quite true: I do not have the machines that mold trailer bullet connectors.  I can craft up pretty much anything recycling Ford products but for something like an engine gauge harness that is exposed for all to see requires a visually perfect harness.  I've had a few customers for these types of harnesses and I strongly discourage going this route.

For those of you who want something fabricated that is not available and is not readily visible, I'm your man!  I've crafted up convenience harnesses (67/68), map and clock harnesses, and even (gasp!) aftermarket dash cluster wiring.

Hi Midlife, I did look at your service first as I believe anyone here with a service can not only be trusted but deserves our patronage for the help you and others give freely of yourselves to further our hobby. Is there anyone out there who can make 1 or 2 offs of a harness?

Part of the challenge ( a detail missing on the current reproductions) is the intersection plastic/rubber blocks that are found on the longer/larger original looms
