1966 6 Cyl Ground Cable Mounting Location
« on: November 01, 2015, 01:17:24 AM »
Where does the ground cable mount to on a 6 cylinder engine? I am working on a 1966 Dearborn Sprint 200 C-4 automatic, non-AC and non power steering with a February, 1966 scheduled build. Thanks, Roger

Not definitive but these may help

6R07T1488xx

6R07T1961xx

All three appear to attach by installing the eyelet of the wire behind one of  the two upper starter bolts

Are you asking about the battery ground cable?

Good idea

Here's a picture - finished out all the possible ground cables and makes the thread a bit more complete
