67 speedometer, colour
« on: August 25, 2015, 05:33:58 AM »
Hi folks,
trying to overhaul my instrument cluster. I already bought the modelmaster fluorescent red colour for the needles, but now I got another problem:

Which colour has the line located at the speed range from 70 to 120?
Is it also red, or something like white or green?
Saw some pictures witch shows red ones and others colours...

I have only ever seen the line painted RED. The red line line seems to fade faster than the color on the other needles.

Ok, thanks!
I bought 0.11in car painting tape. Hope this stuff is flexible enough to follow the line exactly.
Saw that professionals use it at the paintshop.

Tamiya makes some really good tape for masking scale models.
