What car is this for? Don't recall the quarter panel to end cap panel seam being sealed or sprayed with sound deadener

Many years and plants didn't use spray seam sealer.

Pattern would be too narrow (it appears from the pictures) for some years and plants quarter panel sound deadener applications and wheel wells unless your going for a more generic and keep from any signs on where the passes are since that will make the narrow pattern stand out IMHO

Deduct for this all the time and unfortunately it stands out if you know your cars ;)

Might want to try a lower pressure You you don't get all the fine stuff around the edge and even refrigerate the product before you spray it

Yes, what gun is it? I need to do this. I assume the product is paintable?

Of course - unfortunately it looks like you're going to have to redo much of what you've accomplished. But this is the time to catch it - rather than after the car is painted or on the show field

Hope this helps

Following were sampled from 5F07F127xxx. Just guessed on the time period since you didn't provide a month to focus on

- Wheel well sealant

- Trunk floor to forward floor panel seam

Trunk floor to taillight panel and rear bumper support

Taillight panel to rear cross member

From 5F07F151xxx - Wheel well sealant

Quarter panel sound deadener from 5F07F127xxx. Not applied heavy or close enough to identify spray pattern

Quarter panel sound deadener from 5F07F113xxx. Application allows for us to see three passes with the application gun/wand. Highlighted to illustrate

Appears that the only surface to be sprayed with sealant or sound deadener was the inner quarter panel surface.

It is a  Lord Fusor gun with Lord Fusor HD Seam Sealer but the gun will take any brush-able seam sealer in a tube. I will try the 3M in a tube next
