Topic: WTB 67 Mustang 289 REAR Power Steering Support Bracket

I saw discussion in another thread, prompted me to look at my pump and see mine is missing.

Now, I understand two different suppliers provided Power Steering pumps to the assembly plants, TRW and FORD but do both style pumps use this and I assume that ALL recieved them, am I correct?

Since I am assuming that all 289's got these, I would then assume I need to have one since I see I do NOT have one.

your assumption is correct .Both MFG types got them and if you don't have one you need one.

I updated the images in the initial post to include a picture of exactly what I need.

Bought one from WCCC.

FWIW, their site claims this bracket is same on ALL V8 engines, Mustang & Cougar (I imagine all carlines too since it provides NO power steering pressure line indexing on this 67 ONLY style bracket)
