'67 GT stock steering box "turns"
« on: April 20, 2015, 07:04:15 PM »
I've seen rebuilt steering boxes advertised as "4 turns", to improve steering responses...I assume that is less than stock.  Is it less than a stock '67 GT steering box?

                                                                                                   Thanks....

I have seen the 19.9:1  steering gear boxes described as using 4-5/8 turns lock to lock.
And the 16:1  steering gear boxes described as using 3-3/4 turns lock to lock.
