Topic: 1969 shelby twist hood locks

 does the smaller blk ring fit underside of hood?-  is the notch indexed at all before stuck in place-   like at 3:00 -6:00- 9:00 or 12:00 - if the blk one is below then i suppose the bigger metal one is against the upper side of hood
