Most all of the NOS control valve to cylinder lines I have seen over the years are typically the later service variety (several versions) that do not resemble the single crimped assemblyline ones . Also there is a difference between 67 and early 68 ones compared to later 68 to 70 ones. Just mentioning for a couple of reasons, first be careful of what NOS ones you buy and two you may want to include excellent used in your criteria . I think you will have a difficult time finding some NOS aseemblyline correct ones regardless of time frame as I haven't seen many for sale in recent years. Best of luck with your search.

Thanks for the help Bob. Good points. I'd certainly consider excellent used hoses as well.

While we're on the topic, does anyone know if the reproductions by Bluedot specialties are made in the USA? I'm told the concours hoses available from NPD are made by Bluedot.

I don't think they are. The cylinder hoses that Blue dots makes are very good quality but they are the later 68-70 version with the fine ribs . They are Ok if that is what you are looking for but not so much if you are looking for a 67 early 68 version with the 3 large ribs. I guess they just wanted to make one style that fits all.

I have quite a few used hoses.  Both the early and late versions.  The rubber looks pretty good but the plating on the metal ends are a bit discolored. Send an email to cascadeclassics@live.com and I can send you pictures.

A picture is best to confirm what you have because many (not all)of the NOS service hoses are not like assemblyline . We are discussing the differences in another thread at this time.
