DOOE-6312-A crank pulley

yes playing the pulley game again was looking in the shed for a lower pulley for the latest project came across this single grove 6 5/8 od 4 bolt lower that iam not sure what it fits any help and has anyone found a good list to id lower pulleys cant find one in any of my stuff
