I don't know if anyone is interested,,, but my son & I are just starting the restoration of a 65 coupe and have started a blog on it. We're going to try and show the whole process on the blog. I'm new to the 65 coupe and at times could use some help on the process,, especially when it comes to putting it back together, since it was mostly disassembled when I got it. We're planning on making it mostly stock,, but there will be a few upgrades,, only noticeable to the hard-core mustang fan. I will be listing tons of photos,, some may even have info that you might need.
