Topic: 69 Mach 1 Block Assy Junction

I am in the process of finalizing my wiring and starting the car. I have a piece that I labelled Junction block assembly but I don't recall where it mounts and what the purpose is. Can anyone assist? it is a black plastic piece with two mounting holes and  a metal stud pointing outward.

Sounds like the junction blocks used on Shelby's

At the moment can't figure out why it would have been on a 69 S code originally. May a PO thing

Yes, that is it, thanks Jeff. I don't have a wiring diagram for a Shelby, what wire feeds into that and why is it needed on a Shelby and not a Mach 1? I can't say for certain that it was original to my car, but it was on the car when I took it a part a few years ago.

Its for the connections and part of the wire loom from the gauge cluster on the console. Don't quote me but believe its wired to the amp gauge attached there
