Topic: AM/8 track speakers

would a 1970 sports roof with standard int  equiped with a factory AM/8 track radio had door speakers as standard equipment as well as a dash speaker, thanks,  chuck.

No dash speaker, just a speaker in each door the same as am/fm
Standard interior door grills are flat all the way around to sit flush on the door metal
unlike deluxe interior grills that are thinner on the top and sides where they contact the door panel
You just got me wondering what door harness is used for no door panel lights but speakers
A repro hasn't jumped out at me but I haven't looked
