I may, but am waiting for a photo of one to make a comparison. If they are identical, then there's no need for me to make them and will buy them instead; I'll let you know what I find. Either way, I will still send the one you need and your original of course.

By-the-way, I did some research and found that the Comet, Falcon and Mustang Shrouds are the same.

Here are some pics of the original shroud brackets and the repro's from Classic Auto Air. I can see no difference in them! The originals are ones on left.

Thanks Terry...that really helps! I can see a couple of minute differences but without an original next to it, you'd probably never know.

I'm home today with a hurt back, (a 57 yr old man should not try lifting a 40 gal water heater full of water!) I was doing some research about these shrouds. From what I can see from the Fords Parts Manual, the Falcon and Mustang used two different looking shrouds on the 6 cylinder in 66. The illustrated pictures I've attached show that. The ones that I and other have, look like the picture of the Falcons 8146-C, while the Mustangs picture of a 6 cylinder looks more like the 8146-D that was used with the V-8's. Any suggestions of whats up with that, other than Ford just used what was available n production lines?

They are just pictures to illustrate where parts go and their general placement - not meant to reflect all the correct original shapes or features. So IMHO don't use the drawings to identify parts visually.

Like the assembly manuals and other Ford documents. Cross check, confirm and ask ;)
