Yes they do exist but they are extremely rare to find these days.  have had several over the years and they are unique compared to what we expect as the correct ones for 65 66 mustangs.  they are actually very ugly on the top tank.  they are marked differently compared to Dearborn and San Jose examples. have many pictures on file. just have to find them on my other system. but I will share once found.  I Know Jeff has some pictures he has shared before when this topic has arrised. stay tuned..

I also have one out of a car at present that I can take better pics of as well.

When you spot a 65-66 with what appears to be a "homemade radiator" you are probably looking at a desert cooler.  They are fugly!

Was the desert radiator used on 1965 Mustangs? I've only seen them on 1966 model year Mustangs. The one that I saw carried A C6 something part # on the left side tank as you're sitting in the car. The car also had factory AC

From what I've seen there are/were a couple of different markings so maybe we have multiple suppliers as we do/did with the standard radiator and the plants
