After many years of delay, I finally got a copy of

"Mustang SVO The Machine Speaks For Itself"

I haven't gotten in to it too far yet but it has a great section on the beginnings of the SVO operation.

I didn't realize the original plan called for a Capri SVO as well as  Mustang SVO.

Looks like some very interesting SVO information in this book.

Yes, it has alot of good informtion in it.

That book has so much info that is now lost and unheard of by most SVO enthusiast sources.  There is stuff in that book that you will never hear about anywhere else.

 Great book!!! Mine's held together with duct tape it's been read so many times. Really need to score another copy!!!!

Take your book to Staples and they can put a ring thing on the book to hold it together.  I had mine done several years ago and it opens up all the way now too.

After reading the section on the engineers efforts to get the first SVO in to production, I feel honored to own an early 84 in original (used) condition.  It's nothing short of amazing what this group pulled off.

I think I should buy another copy of the book, I have a feeling it too will be read until it falls apart!

Close to $1M in design and build for the one piece nose (Grill Opening Panel)  wow!
