I just finished producing a reproduction of the D0ZZ-7341-A reverse lockout rod steering column bushing. They are made with an oil-infused nylon material called "
Oilon" that meets Ford's original design specifications for a self-lubricating bushing. I tried to match the original olive green color of the factory-installed part, but in the end the best my manufacturer could do came out a little brighter. The part is machined, not molded, so unlike the original there are also no mold marks. Otherwise this is a dimensionally and functionally accurate reproduction.
