1967 Steering column lower foam

Does anyone know if the lower foam seal is available ready to use in new condition? Mine is just gone, it helps center the steering shaft in the column tube. It also partially insulates and acts as a barrier for bugs.

This would be for 1967 fixed steering columns. Thanks.

While it certainly helps with bugs and has insulation qualities, I always assumed that preventing exhaust fumes from entering the passenger compartment was the primary purpose.  Either way, I bought my tilt version from Mustangs Etc, link here:
