Are the front disc brake hose frame mounting brackets different than those for drum brake hoses? If so, does anyone have a picture of the difference?

'65 and '66 MPC both show no specific brackets for drum/disc.

Not only are the 1964 to 1966 brake hose brackets the same for drum and disc brakes, the same pair of brackets are used on 1967 drum brakes. 1967 disc brakes used 1968 disc brake brackets, which may be the same for disc brakes thru at least 1970.
