Topic: '66 emergency brake lever original finish

Checked the archives.....looking to confirm the original finish on the emergency brake lever that the spring and cable attach to was natural.  Mine appears to have been either natural or cad plated.

Originals I've seen appeared to be clear zinc plated (bright silver)

Thanks....I've seen reproductions with that finish, but wasn't sure that was how they were originally finished.
