I've been too ashamed to watch Barrett-Jackson. Lot #15 was one of my college's cars. (McPherson College for automotive restoration, we take a car every year. Last year it was a 1957 Thunderbird.) Well, it was a 1955 Chevy Bel Air 4-door, and it was a phenominal piece of crap. 6 cylinders didn't hold compression, there were holes in the floor, the paint was crap. We sold it as a "survivor", but we patched the holes in the floor, redid the seat foam using the original covers, did some touch up work on the paint, replaced the suspension, and cleaned the engine bay. It sold for somewhere between $6000 and $7000.
