Tail panel "Silver"

Is this the same as the "Argent" used on '67-'68 grille trims, wheels, or something different???

I assuming you are referring to 68 tail panel? Yes same argent Ford has used for decades from the items you mentioned to wheels, truck and van bumpers etc. PPG # 32520
