any tips on installing frost plugs

want to replace my frost plugs in my 351 cleveland  any tips before i start

- Knock out the old ones

- Clean the edge (mating surface) with a little sand paper

- Using new brass ones I've sometimes coated the edges with Permatec (s?) aviation sealer

- Using a big socket or short piece of pipe that matched the interior surface of the freeze plug tap it into the opening as square as you can until the outer lid matches the recess's outer lip
