Topic: Hi-Po 289 Heads SOLD

I am selling a set of hi-po 289 heads. They have the numbers “289” casted on them with two dots, the numbers 19 and 20 casted in the corners, screw in rocker arm studs and valve spring pockets. I sent them out to a machine shop to have them cleaned up and inspected for cracks and they checked out ok. There is some pitting on the combustion chambers and they will probably require valve seats and need to be resurfaced. They don’t appear to have ever been machined as the foot print is still very apparent. The push rod slots are in great shape and they retain the factory intake/exhaust port sizes. They would probably be good candidates for someone looking to do a performance build. Casting numbers C8ZE-B (Service Replacement heads) and matching date codes. - $900 SOLD
