I've found a way to keep potential "boilovers" from happening:
I bought an inexpensive aftermarket overflow system at my local auto parts store, hooked it up, hung it by 2 "S" hooks, used a soft rag for padding-hooked it to my Convertible brace on the drivers side, then when driving to and from particularly the show feild if the engine were to overflow coolant it would go into the tank.
I've found that after a while there is no problem and the radiator seeks its own level so there is really no need to keep using the overflow tank.
I can remove the tank and hook up the regular overflow hose in about 10 seconds with no tools!!
