Topic: 67 fastback taillight panel

Is the taillight panel for a 67 fastback suppose to have a slight (1/2") bow inward towards the fuel tank or be straight?
I am talking about the bend line just above the bumper holes and just below the 6 light cutouts. The bottom of the panel which is spot welded to the cross member is straight as well as the top of the panel which forms the trunk edge.
