flat, gloss, or semi for the clear as I want to protect the hours of work put into my wheels.  Thanks in advance 8)
Of course it is a given that the chrome rim  isn't cleared. I think that you will regret it if you choose to clear over the polished highlights of the 5 spoke center.

I see some reproduction lug nuts say ?67-68?, will they fit a ?69-70? wheel as well?

The lug nuts for the the 67 tenspoke was also used on the 69/70 wheel. 68 Shelbys didn't use them but instead used steel wheels, acorn lugnuts and hubcaps. Your source didn't get the memo. ;)
