Time between release date and sales date for stock order car
« on: February 11, 2025, 03:12:37 PM »
My car ended up sitting at the dealership for 509 days before it was sold. I can only imagine it was the Turquoise Frost paint color that discouraged people. No offense intended to those who enjoy that color.

The dealer may have used it for some time prior to it being sold on the open market...that was not unknown at the time. What you would really like is the original sales invoice detailing the miles when it was sold retail.

Something looks fishy about that Marti Report. I'm no expert, but I've never seen a 67 "S" code Mustang with a "0" axle code, much less claiming to have a factory equal lok.

There are many discussions on code ?0? rear ends for 67-69 vehicles. Apparently, Ford knew about the issue but made no effort to fix it. When I saw the Marti report I had the same skepticism! My rear end id tag is:
WES-G
3L25 6HD 996
The code on the report should actually have been ?D?. An easy enough mistake in the shape of the letters?
Attached image states only rear ends available for 390 GTA are 3.00 & 3.25.
Human error!!!
