Holley Carb Tag Decode

Can anyone help decode this tag. It is from 1966 cyclone GT List 3557.  The C6OF N is the part number but can?t find any information on the A 6EA.  I assume the 6 is 1966 need help with the rest.

A 6EA

A = Design change
6 = Year built/assembled
E = May
A = 1st Week of the month
