TIE DOWN BRACKET FINISH

Should the tie down brackets be natural or black on a 4 69 NJ car. Tryed the search & found opinions both ways for other plants but not really for NJ. Thanks!

Sorry my experience is with the many Dearborn produced 69/70 Shelby's and Boss cars which are bare steel. Bob
