67 Tach Needle Adjustment
« on: February 27, 2023, 09:37:31 PM »
My tach needle stands far below O mark.
Is there any possibility to adjust to Zero?
Same with temp.
The cluster is not assembled to the car.
Thanks for your help.

The needle on your tach is easily affected by the weight of the orange paint that looks to be newly applied to yours its possible its weighed "down" by too much. IIRC there is a very slight calibration adjustment.

Thank you.
What would be the way to fix it?
Strip off paint and repaint?
What does IIRC mean?
How to do callibration adjustment?
Someone told me the tach is "off" Have no idea of this meaning/wording.
Hope the tach is still working once installed, or already scrap?
