For 1969, which Mustangs had "SPECIAL PERFORMANCE VEHICLE" printed on the door VIN tag? Was it only Boss 429s and Shelbys? Thanks Chuck

Yes it appears that typically only the 69 Shelby and the Boss 429 received the door (warranty) tag. So  we would expect not to find the door tag with "Special Performance Vechilce" would not be found on any San Jose or Metuchen built Mustangs in 1969
