10/21/22 :  Edit :  In light of the info given below, This piece came off a 67 390 GT Mustang, which would be a C7ZZ 5482-C
and not a match for your application.   Pictures removed.

Because of the 66-67 reference, plus the C6OZ part number, I made the assumption that the OP is looking for a sway bar for a 390 equipped Fairlane or Cyclone.
